* To obtain the benefit of advance online registration, the payment has to be completed by April 20, 2012.

On Thursday, 24th in the afternoon (2.00pm - 6.00pm) an excursion to the Heinz-Nixdorf MuseumsForum (HNF) in Paderborn will be offered. The HNF is the largest computer museum world-wide and depicts the history of information technology in a journey through time spanning five millennia, from the origins of numbers and characters right up to the 21st century.

Payments should be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). If a credit card payment is by no means possible, we will offer bank transfer as an alternative for payment. Be aware that registrations without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received. For further details, please contact the registration management (jasmin.zilz@hs-owl.de). The registration management will take care of the remaining steps. Attendees will receive the document "Invoice, Registration and Payment Confirmation" by mail or at the registration desk of WFCS 2012.
Conference registration will not be refunded (in full or partially) if it is required to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper - no exception, even in the case of denied VISA. Lunch and banquet tickets that are included in the registration fees will not be refunded if not used. Additional lunch and banquet tickets will not be refunded after May, 1st, 2012. All cancellations must be made in writing to the registration management.
Conference attendees requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the Conference may write to the Registration Management specifying the necessary details. Please note that this procedure aims to assist delegates, who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Conference. It is not an official invitation covering fees and other expenses and does not imply any financial support from the Conference.
Payment for registration fees must have been finalized before requesting an invitation letter. Please make sure that the following information is included in your request for an invitation letter:
Conference management, registration management, inIT - Institut Industrial IT and all organizations and individuals who are employed by or associated with in connection with this conference will not be responsible and shall be held harmless by all conference attendees for damage or loss resulting from fire, theft, or any other cause whatsoever, including accident or injury to attendees, the public and others. The attendee agrees to pay promptly for any and all damage to the conference building or its equipment incurred through carelessness, or otherwise, of attendee.
Conference attendees are advised to see that their regular company insurance includes extra-territorial coverage, that they have their own theft, public liability and property damage insurance. Conference Management and all organizations and individuals who are employed by or associated with it in connection with the Conference will not be responsible for injury or damage that may occur to an attendee nor to the safety of any property against robbery, fire, accident, or any other destructive causes.
