Industry Day

Venue

This year’s WFCS Industry Day will be held at the premises of PHOENIX CONTACT Electronics GmbH. It is located in Bad Pyrmont, which is approximately 20 km away from the conference venue. Phoenix Contact Electronics can be considered as a global player in automation. It is a well-known high tech company for research, development and production of innovative technologies and products for industrial automation. Phoenix Contact Electronics was founded as a subsidiary of Phoenix Contact. The production of highly integrated electronic devices started in 1996. In 2007 the Innovation Center Electronics (ICE) was built.

The Industry Day will start with a bus transfer from the WFCS conference venue, CIIT Lemgo, at 11.30h to Phoenix Contact Electronics. After our arrival, the Industry Day presentations will start in the big auditorium of the ICE. The official program of the WFCS 2012 Industry Day is currently set up and will be available on this page beginning of April. At around 18.00h a bus transfer back to the hotels will be provided.

A registration for the Industry Day is included in every full conference registration. It is also possible to register for the Industry Day only.
